AUTOPROOF TECHNOLOGIES provides repair documentation, verification, transparency, customer communication, and digital workflow services for automotive repair businesses.

By using our website, payment links, subscriptions, applications, services, or AutoProof platform, you agree to use the services only for lawful business purposes and accurate repair documentation.

AutoProof services may include customer intake, technician workflow tools, photos, videos, live or recorded repair documentation, QR/link access, customer center access, reports, invoices, and repair verification records.

Businesses are responsible for entering accurate customer, vehicle, repair, employee, billing, and contact information. Businesses must not falsify, alter, hide, delete, or misuse repair records, photos, videos, reports, or customer information.

AutoProof subscriptions and service charges may be billed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of account access.

AutoProof does not guarantee repair outcomes, mechanical workmanship, parts quality, or shop performance. AutoProof provides documentation, verification, transparency, and workflow support.

AUTOPROOF TECHNOLOGIES may update these Terms of Service as needed.
