AUTOPROOF TECHNOLOGIES subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding fees, training fees, tablet deployment fees, and service charges are generally non-refundable once services, onboarding, setup, or platform access has been provided.

Customers may cancel subscriptions according to their billing agreement terms. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

AUTOPROOF TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, falsification of records, nonpayment, unauthorized account activity, or violations of company policies.

If a billing error occurs, customers should contact AUTOPROOF TECHNOLOGIES within a reasonable timeframe for review and resolution.
